Expanding Access to Care

At Twinkle Little Star Foundation, we are building the next phase of support for families—programs designed to remove barriers, reduce burnout, and ensure no child is left without care. These services are in development and depend on donor support to become fully accessible to the families who need them most.

Respite Care Services

Giving caregivers time to breathe

Caring for a child with developmental or behavioral needs is constant. Respite care provides families with scheduled, safe, and structured support—allowing caregivers time to rest, reset, and maintain their own wellbeing. Our goal is to offer free monthly respite services, where children are engaged in supervised, enriching activities while parents take necessary time to recharge.

Why this matters:

When caregivers are supported, families remain stronger, more stable, and more consistent in care.

Virtual Therapy Services

Care without location barriers

Access to therapy is often limited by distance, cost, or availability. Virtual therapy expands reach—bringing structured developmental and behavioral support directly into the home. This service will provide guided sessions, parent coaching, and follow-up support, ensuring continuity of care regardless of location.

Why this matters:

Families should not be excluded from care because of where they live or what they can afford.

Early Intervention Programs

Support when it matters most

Early years are critical for development. Our early intervention program focuses on identifying delays early and providing structured, evidence-informed support during the most important stages of brain development. This includes developmental screening, guided therapy plans, and caregiver education.

Why this matters:

Early support leads to better communication, improved behavior, and stronger long-term outcomes.

Why We Are Building This

Too many families face:

Long waitlists for services

High cost of therapy

Limited access to specialized care

These programs are designed to close that gap—not as premium services, but as accessible support systems.
